Digital Marketing Executive – Remote Opportunity with Hexxion, Dubai-based Venture Capital Firm!

Hexxion, an innovative Dubai-based venture capital firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team remotely. We are involved in supporting and scaling a diverse range of portfolio companies, and we are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about driving growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our portfolio companies.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis.
  • Implement effective SEO and SEM techniques to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  3. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
  4. Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  5. Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
